Although this design is now finished I wanted to possibly get feedback and a little guidance. I believe from the briefing and studying the competitors sites this may be the look you are going for.
I like the start thusfar. A few things I would change.... The BBB and equal housing I don't think looks quite right at the top. Maybe in the lower right hand corner. Our logo at the top seems a little "pasted". Is there a way to better integrate the logo and info at the top..so it does not seem out of place? I am looking for the market news to be more of an accent to the site (maybe a brief amount on the lower right side as an accent, as opposed to the main site) The lower section could have more specific boxes or items similar to Quickenloans.com It is certainly a good start though.

I like where you're going with #19. Can you add a couple more pics? Look at red chilli's latest submission. I like how he has more pics. Also, I'd like to see our "We're Lower" slogan at the top. That's how our letterhead, etc. is. Do you have Illustrator? I can send you the logos in an ai. file. Also, maybe try rearranging things to clear up the white space. Maybe less in the nav menu across the top and then make a couple categories at the bottom like the "Learning Center" and "Why Choose Capital First Home Loans, Inc." I'll have more feedback later on when I discuss your latest submission with my marketing manager! Thanks! Alison
The logo looks ok though. I just realized in your first submission you had the "we're lower" in there. Keep with that...
A few ideas.... The blue needs to be downplayed and accented. The boxes at the bottom or sides need to be different colors... and/or outlined so the blue is not so in your face. I like the color, it is just coming accross a little dominant. See if you can incorporate a solid top similar to Red Chili. It may look nice to break up the bottom boxes with something like Welcome to Capital First Home Loans...then the boxes below. The Equal opportunity and BBB could be a little smaller... then the white space may not look unusual.

Such is life. A few ideas..
The picture at the bottom does not fit. It is a little flat by comparison to the rest of the site. I am sure that is going to be a problem no matter what picture you choose....see what is up. I think the main reason is the color of the grass being so different from the main pic. Maybe go with something totally different there... not sure. THe live chat I think would work better in the upper right corner above the 800 number. maybe the learning center below the create an account and move the market news down... not sure on that one.

I do enjoy JKersh. A few things on revision. The top name seems like a different font then submitted. I think ours is arial now, but I am not 100% sure. The line on the top looks good, but our current marketing pieces has it under the name, see if you can make it look cool like you have, but more cohesive with out current logo. THe pics in the bottom boxes are not quite right...maybe people shaking hands in the refi box (we generally do not reference money as most people associate with having to pay out :) The boxes should encompas some type of "apply now" I don't know what can be used, but some way to group those boxes and make it clear that it is to apply. The boxes may need a different color, but maybe not. When I open the whole site up, the blue is a little dominant... but that is not 100% bad. Maybe the orange like the little house, but that may look bad... Check it out and see if there is something. The stuff on the Left needs to be centered vertically and horizontally (maybe a slightly larger font as well) The create account may look good with a little duhicky like the house used on the Left. The word "Market News" I think should be a different color than the rest of the text. To set it off a title. Not sure what color, maybe dark blue, orange, red,, not sure.
I think it looks very very sharp Jkersh. I give revisions to try to fine tune this to a finished product. Great job.

It is nice. The final things I can think of. THe picture of the girl in the lower left... try our logo with the We're lower on it. I am not sure if that will work, but now the pics come off too heave on the bottom. Round the corner in the upper right... also see if you can make the blue at the top a little large. I don't know if that is possible.. but it seems the size of the logo box does not have quite enough blue in it.
I would also pop the apply now above the boxes and or find a creative way to wrap it into the boxes (like have a seperate box will all boxes popping out and Apply now on the top of the bigger box....:( that doesn't sound right... look at my current site for a rough idea of effect www.WeAreLower.com

here is a darker blue version, this comes off more subtle to me which may be what your looking for..
I like them... It is a tough choice. The only things I Would throw in there are this...
The CF logo should be where the girl is on the far Left. Then the middles will all be people/hands/business people//etc... Change the right box at the bottom to reflect Home Equity loans as oppose to live your dreams. It is a good concept, but I am not sure it would translate to a customer instantly understandin what the tab is for. The apply now tab shoul be on the left of that box... with the words to the right (essentially flip flop the top of the bottom boxes) As people read left to right, it flow a little better that way. The dark blue is a nice look...very different from the light blue. To be honest. I can't make up my mind on that one.

Sorry I misunderstood about the logo. Here is a revised version, a slightly different dark blue.
Only thing... the CF in the blue box should be the logo sent with We're lower in the lower corner of the CF. (talking about the blue box you used in the lower left corner.)
ooohh just noticed something. The logo in the top and the name need a slight adjustment. the name needs to be larger and the logo seems just a hair low. I don't mind the line through it, but or normal logo is a little different. The name needs to be a touch larger though. Is that arial? or is it changed?
It is Arial on the top logo Ill change it a size or 2 up

I agree Jkersh. Like your personal site as well. I can't think of anything to revise on you, red, or murai. All three are strong. I have no idea who I am going to pick.
quick thought on the top..I was looking at it and I could not figure out why it looked different. Our current cards are all caps arial. Make that change...The We're Lower is freestyle script. I am assuming that is what you are using. Change to all caps and the CF logo may need to be a touch bigger... but not sure. Very strong job.

The only thing I notice is the "Marketing News" should be Market News (just lose the ing)
I like these new designs... Increase size on phone number in picture (just a little) and eliminate water mark. I like the smoothing you did.
The new site is nice... I like the Tpac theme though...I like your doggy as well :)
