    here's my idea..

    very much like your figure made from the letters, however i have adapted it into a more streamlined figure with a fire contained within to represent the results.

    the figure also has more persoective and an upwards reaching motion.

    would have to make the star "fit" better, but here's another variation using the figure reaching for a star to convey the achievement of results and objectives

    #40 #41 they are very nice designs but not what we are looking for at this point as they are a bit to fun, and we moving towards more corporate look.

    here's an idea that uses a visual symbol of P on an R to show paid literally on results.
