Unless stated else, I am keeping the original layout/positioning.
Colors for other sections will be easy to implement.
This is fantastic, essentially its all our content as we had it but made to look good ;-)
layout and position are good. Shadowing could do with a bit of a touch up, maybe a bit smaller?
The usability is done really well every part of the page is given focus really well.
You have set a really high bar for the others.
Cutting it up shouldnt be too hard either, great job so far
Also, if you have any ideas for a clearer font as the title image which is currently in a running writing, PremiumListings.com.au we would love to see that changed, something easier to read but still with a fancy/premium feel?

Could've added icons and so on.. but at least my personal opinion as that I'd not like to see such things on a page where I intend to invest/spend a lot of money.
I'd say I brought you a very bright natural feeling that is just motivating enough. ^^
#8 and #9 I will assume are the same
some nice additions but its starting to feel too dark
I would go back to without the clouds and lighten the featured properties.
I still like your design as I can really make it work on sub pages as well, though I like the simplicity of some of the other designs and less darkness.
Also the title image premiumlistings.com.au is nice but Im not sure is any clearer and probably prefer the old one.

#16 is the best, I am happy with how it is now, would be good if the title could be a little clearer/easier to read but it looks good.
Shouldn't be too hard to cut up. If its not hard to do can you show it with one of the other colors, if too much work that's ok.

The title can be changed with any font you like. If you should find one you like it just gimme the name ^^ I'll try to work something out with another colors but I ain't at home till sunday so I can't promise anything before that, but I will try ^^
