** PRIZE WILL DEFIANTLY BE GIVEN TO A WINNER **
www.PremiumListings.com.au
Redesign is of the homepage which lists 'real estate for sale', design only, no coding.
Simple and clean, 800width, clear top menu (Buy, Sell, Rent, Holiday) that stands out
Start with a rough design if you want and we can say if its promising enough to be expanded on.
*NEW: Keep in mind
- We would like the design to be easier enough for us to integrate into subpages.
- Light, clean and simple is what we like
- Try and keep as much of our content as possible
- Top menu may be added to later
- Width can be greater than 800width but allow for ads
- Altering the title image "PremiumListings.com.au" is ok but only alter the logo only if you really feel the need to - Actions

Do you simply want a new design, or do you want the layout coded too?

Are we to use the same logo that is on the current website, or do you have a new one that we're to use?

RE "Are we to use the same logo that is on the current website, or do you have a new one that we're to use?"
If you have an idea for a new one we are happy for you to give it a go but designing a new logo isn't a must. If we think the new logo really is great we may pay extra for it. #4 used ours pretty well though. -

Really impressed with what we have got in 24hrs, defiantly worth using in the future. #4 is on the right track, #3 had some goodies too (map, color swaping)
Although we like our logo we are keen for the title image of premiumlistings.com.au in running writing being changed to a clearer font.
Thanks for entering -

John - does it definitely have to be set at 760-780px wide? Do your stats show that you really need to stay at that width? Only say this because having a wider width would allow for more room between elements :-)

But It would not fit an 800x600 resolution ^^ so it has it's benefits as well as drawbacks.

The width of 800x600 isn't really being determined by our audience its more to do with keeping that space for advertising. If you go the extra width we will still consider the design, would be good though that if you go the the extra width that you keep in mind some space for ads.
We are really pleased with the designs so far, I will get some more feedback to everyone within the next few hrs -
