#11 - There are some good things happening here, but it needs improvement. The blacks in the backgrounds all need to match for sure. The nav items need a better treatment than rectangles, and the use of the photographs begs the qustion of if you have rights to use them. Do you? I like the red and black image at the top, but you can lose the little design element at the right of that image. The sub-head title on the page and the copy need to match exactly what was provided. This one has possibilities, but needs work.
