we like the green and the font for v4. It's light and clean. However, we have been having trouble thinking of good ideas of the graphic to tie in with the company name, but I don't think we would want it to reflect the "and".
Actually, it's a combination of S - & - E. I'll try to figure out something else that represent less the "and"

For this one, i tried to illustrate the "simple and effective". Your idea behind you name made me think about the expression "going straight to the point". I've decided to work with the "i" and make it like an arrow pointing at the dot to illustrate that idea. Keeping it clean and simple ...
