#1 - Thank you for your design. Unfortunately the text is very difficult to read. The star trail looks great but the plane is too distracting as an element because it's not directly tied to the concept. It's not really about travel, it's about learning from successful, world class companies.

Could you try a sparkle trail that looks like a shooting star over the word 'magical'.

The words don't stand out anywhere near enough and the big star doesn't work here. It needs a redesign. I love the sparkle trail idea, it's just not working with this design.
