    Hi!
    Here is my first submission to this contest. I've used 'happy' colors although it's very hard to make something remarkable and simple/modern with so many letters.

    Logo is very close to 'Disney' design so I think that you're gonna love it :) It's not too stiff or corporate as you asked. The 'M' in magic hat is very usable for alone standing icon. Tell me if you like it.

    Hi,

    This business has no connection with entertainment magic, so the hat just doesn't work. The word 'magical' in this context denotes 'an outstanding experience'. I do like the colors and the font though.
