Very nice designs all around. It is going to be very hard to choose between some of the others but these are the most professional and sleak so far.
Perhaps more involvement with the question mark character in #13. Some more interesting satin/shadow/aliasing. Can't really fault them. Very web 2.0. There is a hint of "something missing in #11 and #12".
#13 does exactly what I wanted, something that could symbolise and represent us, however #11 is *really* sleak; can we integrate the symbol ? and 'welp' more in #13 like you did with #11. I'm split between #13 and #11 as both are very good, both are contenders.
Thankyou for your designs and carefully spent time, its clear you thought carefully whilst making #11 and #13 about the feedback given (maybe you didn't but looks that way!!)

#11 - I've decided this is my favourite. I just love the way you integrated the tick in the W. I also like the idea of the shadow to help add movement/additional meaning to the logo, but something is not quite right about it. I mentioned to one of the other designers perhaps an italic e would be beneficial.
This may be something I can do once we have the PSD etc so just a suggestion really.
