Brief Summary

I have a website (sas-real-estate.com) that needs a new look. It should be environmentally friendly, since the tracts of land attract environmentally friendly people. Visit the site and everything you see on the page, should be included in your layout (You can exclude the flash, if you have a great picture.) Needs to be eye catching and colorful, like it's full of life. Pictures of animals are ok, since we love animals.

    Still no solution, the stolen design can be seen on CH website, if there are policies of 99 Design then where are the implementations.

    hhhmmm...I thought this would happen... I totally understand how Lene would be feeling...to use your design and give no credit..makes want to create a programm and crash his site (however i wont)

    I do feel the contestant holders should have to pay a deposit of somesort before posting a project. This should rule out timewasters and other nasty CH.

    So incases like this where the CH has ripped off a designers creation, at least the designer can recieve some sort of compensation for the time.

    Hope this dispute gets sorted. :)

    Ha ha he elminated my designs after giving 4 stars! he changed the rating to 1. This CH is disgusting...he is not willing to pay Lene but he is still eliminating the designs,I believe he will use these designs for his future project...What a shame! Just stop the crap man. If you have already used the design of Lene by stealing it then you have no right to do like that. Since you dont have words to say anything that's why you cant even reply here. His site is still on and no cash awarded. Goodluck 99 Teams!

    Still 99designs has not taken an action yet, it has been 2 days now. Is there anyone who monitors this!

    I also agree, I hope 99designs will do something about it.
    I also sent a message to the CH and to the admins, this kind of thing shouldn't happen.

    Thank you for you support Fahai. I've just sent the CH a mail asking him to either pay me the $300 or take the site down. He probably won't do either so I don't think I can do much more here from Norway. This is why all contest should be guaranteed.

    Hope this doesn't happend again.

    The CH is a cheater, he gave few designers 4 stars but not declare who is the winner, but he did a worse act by using one of the contestant theme without her approval and changed his old website with the her #19 theme. You can check his website http://sas-real-estate.com/. CH has not given a single penny to Lene. Its cheating and the CH should be banned for ever. He can face legal issues as well. All the designers please support Lene and fight for her right.
