    #10 - a few changes:
    1) Header - "DVT-Expert.org/StanfordRadiology" make "StanfordRadiology" text slightly smaller than the rest.
    2) Move the "Contact Us" module to above the "DVT in the News" module.
    3) Change the name "Welcome" with "Stanford Radiology." Keep the doc/patient photo.
    4) Remove the middle section and the three smiling docs photo.
    5) Keep the lower section "Deep Vein Thrombosis" but add in the DVT image from my elements page.
