Another with tan background to match the outline for vector logo. I also added the same menu banner for the footer as well to add symmetry.
I like the layout and header, however I'd like to see something different for the menu stripe, it just doesn't blend with the rest of the design. Overall you are on track :)

Addt'l mods: Header border changed to a scalloped edge; removed red nav banner; changed museum facility photo to another airplane photo and also removed red nav banner from footer nav. Footer nav background can be removed completely if you prefer there not be one.
You did an amazing job on this - thank you! Love the look of #25. The colors work very well, and the design fits perfectly with the museum. Also, thanks for putting some red, white, and blue in there - the looks good with some patriotism!
One minor suggestion - punch up the size of the images in the header? I'd like them to have a bit more impact. Thank you!

thank you so much for the kind comments. I had a lot of fun with this design! I enlarged the flag and bomber plane so they stand out more,as you requested. I hope it fits the bill :)
