First thoughts. Clean. Simple. i like the drop downs in red.
As for areas that need improvement:
The image is too cheesy for my liking. Maybe try using this one from istock: http://www.istockphoto.com/file_closeup/business/business-meetings/6184805-chat-community.php?id=6184805
I don't really like the font either. I prefer the one listed in the brief.
Also, I think it's missing an element of sophistication. Maybe it's the font, image, line around the image and quotes....

The 'smiling happy people aren't working for me. I think they're a bit to sterotypical and corporate.
Since we're starting to get short on time, I'm going to start eliminating the ones that I'm no longer considering. Thanks so much for all your time and submissions.
I like the simplicity of the three that are remaining. While the image will need to be changed, I can look at that item later.
What I'd like to see is how you propose to roll this out to the "Services" page or one of the pages under "Services".
