    Initial Feedback is as follows:

    #2 , #3 #10 , and #15 all have elements that I like.

    #2 - I like the idea of a simplified star - but the logo still needs a good deal of work in my opinion.

    #3 - I am very fond of the lighting effect applied to symbol. I love that the symbol looks like it has rounded edges. I do not necessarily care for the actual symbol itself - but the effect that you applied to it is very nice.

    #10 - I love the use of light across the text and logo. The clean but shinny look is really nice. I don't think I like the dotted i's in the name. The star is just too chunky - which is what we did not care for in our original logo - we think you are moving in a great direction here though and can't wait to see more.

    #15 - I love the blue color in your top star concept. I like that you are taking the star in a different direction from the original - but this shape is not quite right. Also, I am not sure that I like the black text in Innovia.

    It has been brought to my attention that my first submissions contain elements that are close to hte link above therefor I have removed those logos from consideration. Thanks for the help and good research guys !!!

    #145 is a BLATANT copy of #126. I hope that the CH awards the prize to #126 even if the designer has to copy #145.

    Congratulations to water_with_ice. It was a very difficult decision for us. We had a difficult time choosing between design #126 and MJBattles design #57. We also would like to thank DesignMan whose design #71 (and extreme willingness to submit countless designs) helped us get a good idea of what we liked in a concept. We felt that design #145 was also very good but not quite original enough to win.

    Lastly we would like to ask MJBattle and DesignMan to contact us because we have decided to award them each $25 (small amount we know) for second and third place. Thank you all again - we love this site and we return here many times with our clients needs. Best of luck to all!

    dameer: I was paid over $200 for the letter "i" in white to be put into a blue box. I wonder how much H&R block paid for their green square? As long as the contest holder is happy and didn't pay $2500 for a design agency to create the same thing.

    We are indeed very happy. We paid $225 to the winner and $25 to two others. We not only paid for the design - but we also paid for the ability to choose from the creative works of many talented designers. I have frequently used logoworks in the past - imagine paying $500 for 5 concepts - none of which are generally close to the quality of the winning designs here. As for paying $225 for a gradient ball - how much would you guess these people paid for their logo? - www.xerox.com
