Ok, I think I know what the confusion is. Do you want report that will be sent out via email? (8.5 x 11 ) Or do you want a report for your website and like the one on your website?

Honestly, I'm not a designer or computer tech; if I were, I would have had this done myself. I'm just looking for an original design for a one page report that I am providing the material and layout for. I'm not sure if you're familiar with Constant Contact; if you are, I'm all ears to any of your suggestions.

Also, I just want to clarify...that you are looking for a report design. You will have it coded by someone who does coding? I do coding, but right now I am not, so if you're looking for webdesign I will bow out for now.
I mean, any file can be saved as .html, the same as .jpg.
Also, I have another concern which is that the report looks alot different on the website than it does in 8.5 (probably x 11) format, so basically, that pretty much destroys the format we are designing. I'm sorry too, I must be missing something. It just seems to me that the way your report looks on the website, is the way it has to be designed.

I have a couple questions. All your links are to pdf files, yet you want this one in HTML? If I'm understanding this correctly, you intend to email this out. Will you email as an attachment, or as an HTML email? If you will email as HTML email, there are implications for the CSS. Thanks for clearing this up, sorry if I'm missing something.
