I googled up "Jigsaw logos" after reading your previous comment and you were absolutely right about how over used the mnemonic was. So have started working on other ideas for your brand.
This one turned up when i was playing with letters Band M. I am quite happy with the way its come. A bold and strong identity with a good recall value...

John... I like the concept but my concern is that the simple jigsaw has been used by too many organizations. Is there a variation that perhaps you have in mind that would be truly unique. Also I would like to see a more updated font for the card itself.

We tried to show the troubleshooting/fire fighting capabilities of your organization by bringing in the solution view of a jigsaw. also could represent how you would fit in as a integral part of an organization rather than an outsider.
with such a strong mnemonic we had to go with a clean layout for the business card as for a new identity the logo has to register in a person's mind rather than the design of the card, which would've been the case if we had used any other color apart from white...
Would appreciate any feedback that you might have...
