I know u said no plain background - but when i made it was just too much and it didn't fit. If you sill want it i can add it. Enjoy.

This looks good, and is the best so far ;)
Some minor changes I would like you to make, and there will be more when I think of them.
Here we go:
The navigation bar is not legible. The white/tan blend in too much. Try some contrasting colors that will look better, and be more legible.
The three logo's at the bottom left need to be cut out of that white background, and neatly placed there. They look very bad where you put them.
The third box in the header area with the pac-man looking smiley faces needs to be changed. Try some type of clipart image of cash, or a nice dollar sign instead.
The "Print your shipping label now!" thing needs to be changed. It should be one wide button that says, "Request your free mail-in kit now!" and a button below it that is the same size that says, "Print your shipping label now!"
The bottom of the page needs to say, "HOME SELL YOUR GOLD HOW IT WORKS WHAT WE PAY FAQ'S CONTACT" but with a line in the middle of each, understand? Just like this page, http://www.mindurge.co.uk/demo/13inchshell/product_info.php?products_id=1
There is no header on this website. There needs to be a header above the nav bar that has a logo and the company name.
Overall, I love this layout. But there are a lot of small simple changes to make.

I will leave more feedback soon. I like the design, but I don't love it. Other submissions are making this one less impressive. I hope we can make this better with my next round of feeback. In the meantime, please try to change some colors, or do things you might think look better. I want you to haev your chance at winning wince you've already put in hard work.
My new feedback:
I don't like the image of that lady right there. I might prefer a man or woman holding up cash...
The three logos at the bottom left should be in that black part.
The button "Request your free mail-in-kit" and "Print your shipping label now" button need to be stacked at the bottom of that box. See entry #36.
I don't like the logo at the top left. It is too text oriented, and I want it something more like entry #42.
I want to let you know... With just my feedback, this won't be a winner. I need you to do something to it that's gonna make me say wow like some of the other entries. I appreciate your time and thanks a lot!
