I took your current site and used what you currently have and added a little to it. The buttons on the left are stock art and when moused over the text below them changes to describe the service. This could be divided into 3rows of 2 columns for six links. There is also room at the top for navigation icons or text links.
This is a first stab and I have a darker version in the works.
Regarding design #37
Really like the icons used for the different tools. Think you could tie something about the tool into each icon? For ex. a hotel or the like? What if you put a planet or something in the center of the icon next to meeting universe at the top right? We will need a login option at some point. Think you could add that? ALso, the navigation icons would be good. Good job on the news, ect sections. All around, we really like your template. Thank you.

I made some alterations to the template Icons to bring them more in line with the theme of the other sites. And some minor modifications to add a top menu with login link, and some borders to the lower text boxes.
I may submit another variation showing a third column added for showing latests blog posts, highest rated hotels,etc...
Colors can be easily changed to match the logo you choose.
