-That's the new size u asked for ... a new logo reflecting the globe events.
I like the logo. Just see if you can get rid of the capital S and make all the logo leters small cap. also the globe sybol should be equal size as the letters so that if I took a ruler, it would be a straigh line on bottom line and top line. I hope you understand what I am saying. Also see if you can rotate the globe uniquely so that it is not similar to other logos out there. I am concerned that this globe may have been used by other logos. It looks familiars or maybe it is in my head. also do everything in vector and make layers so that I can myself edit if need be.
Hi .. ill do my best and i would like to tell u .. that all my work is a genuine work i don't use any icons or logos not belong to me, also my GOD gifted me a good and talented mind to think and create so its not a big deal to think in such a globe ...ill do what u said and ill re-submit it again. -i did what u asked for,the brand name in small caps, i added a line as a ruler so that u can see that its aligned from top and bottom, also i rotate the globe, and the logo+typography is a vector format and the header is a psd layers format.
can we try two words with the logo that are in series and same size. Also, when you make the logo one long two word one, the globe should be sized same size.
Also, you banner needs a little bid of spice. It looks a litte bid dead. Go to istockphoto.com and find some maps or africa related map and try to infuse into it at the beggining of the banner which you now have as just empty plane blue. I need some nice map or flavor at the begging middle and end of the banner. Also,

Please take inspiration in terms of the shine from the site. nice blue shine is what client wishes. Give some shine but don't over do it.

Thanks. I don't know about the shine. It looks too much and "detached". It doesn't look natural.
the blue shouldn't be light blue so much ... it should stay a bid darker but with a shine. I don't know how you can do that.
Either way, what I want from you is this
1. The version without the shine
2. The version with the shine you just made
3. A version with a darker blue with shine
4. A logo that can be edited in photoshop (PSD, vector, jpg ... basically three versions)
5. The banner must be the same thing (PSD, vector, jpg... basically three versions)
6. Clean images with a good quality (the ones you shown are not clean and I see "dirt" and broken pixels if I look closer. It depends how you save it.
We are done. I will send you the money once you reply that you will get this done.

all the images must be in layers I can easily remove and edit.
-I can do all that for u, the logo is a vector format and the banner in layers and psd format and the pics are a good quality pics and layers too.
-I just wanna tell u that the darker blue version wont be shiny like the light blue one .. soo ill do my best to make it look shiny, i have already the other to version and ill work on the last one.

-These are the three headers option, and as i told u the colors id deferent from monitor to another, here i have LCD DELL monitor ,, and maybe the client had a deferent monitors type .. so as i told u the 3 headers are in layers and it editable.
*colors from top to bottom:
-Normal blue with shine.
-Normal blue without shine.
-Darker blue with shine.
