    i had saw that picture online and thought it was a good idea... and then after I submitted my logo i realized it was the same one and If i had realized that before hand i would have changed it

    wrong! you stole my logo. don't try to sweet talk your way out of it.
    i even overlayed them in photoshop, they're EXACTLY the same.
