Nice improvements -- to answer your question, we do need to keep the logo colors as-is. Don't take it as necessarily an endorsement of the colors in the right side of #26, but the blue on the left one is too bright. The wheel of arrows is a good idea -- you might see if there's a modified design for those that doesn't have one of them pointing off into the paragraph below. Thanks!

Submitted design #26
Hey there again!
Here is another idea that was based off my first entry. This time, i cut down on the massive background color (after taking some time to look at my first submission, I agree. Too much green!) and added some lines and curves that mimic the logo itself.
Here are two color options. One's rather brighter, and then a neutral version. Really, the colors can be changed in a heartbeat. Just one thing i was worried about while working—can the logo / company colors be altered? If not, there's always a way to work in another color or two to compliment those ones!
Thank you—

Re: #7
Interesting approach -- I like the bold header that flows out of the background, but I think the amount of green is overwhelming. It definitely shows potential, but I think we need to see an alternate approach to the background. Thanks for submitting!

Alrighty, let's give this a try!
What I've done is kept the same sort of layout (column-wise) and replaced the orange color with a lime green"ish" one.
I chose a font for both the headlines and body copy that felt almost the same as the type in the logo itself, and then realized that the little arrow illustration fit with the new font rather okay. So for now I just kept the same TOC drawing.
Let me know what you think—anything can be changed!
Thank you.
