My concept. Modern, Web2 look, easy on the eye and easy to navigate. I've added a few additional features which may come in handy as the site grows.
Feedback appreciated and hopefullly it's what you are looking for :-)
PS: The 'featured advertisers' is only a placeholder graphic of UK based firms, that would need to be replaced with actual advertisers of course.
really cool design. Pleased with this submission. I like the main content area how it is, however we feel that the top loses it's way a bit. The picture of the two people and the menu at the top looks a little bit out of place (not very integrated). That's the only thing I think we would change at the moment.
It's a tight race between your design and Braveheart at the moment. Thanks for the submission and any changes to the top right of the page would be appreciated.

Updated - Hope this works better for you. For the inner pages, the header box with the image can be removed and the content area would move further up the page, particularly if there is going to be lots of content .... I'll upload another submission showing what I mean.

This would be how an inner page would look like (I normally don't do this unless it's called for in the brief, however, it was a very easy matter to just remove that boxed area anyway to show you what I mean :-)
Actually, if you prefer, this could also be used as the entry page if the guys don't particularly like having that header box there at all :-)
