    @helveticaaaaaaaa What exactly is your point??? My logo looks nothing like the amamzon.com logo. Lots of logos have smiles in them in case you hadn't noticed.

    how are you going to try to tell me that doesn't look like amazon?
    As for tanuj, until i direct a comment towards you - mind your own. - you've been a member for not even 24 hours, so why are you trying to tell me how things run around here? I don't see you saying anything to van4u or skinny1, they're both critiquing other peoples work. Just trying to make it known to the CH so that they can be the judge on if they want to take a chance being sued or not.

    Sued for using a smile in a logo?!?!? Then I guess every dental company that includes a smile in their logo is going to get sued too. GET A LIFE!!!!!!

    I didn't say getting sued for using a smile in a logo. - Many large companies hold the trademark to their logos and the likenesses of their logos. - Just trying to save you some hassle. You shouldn't be upset because someone says something negative about your design. - Grow up and take criticism as it comes.

    It wasn't criticism-- criticism is something I can take. You outright accused me of stealing someone else's design and I do not appreciate that.

    I did not do anything of the sort.
    If you'll notice - all I said was "#17 - www.amazon.com?" - You're the one who assumed I said you stole it. - Had you stolen it I think it would have been a bit more obvious. - Its evident that you didn't outright steal it, but what I was making known was that it had a lot of similarities which I felt might be something to be careful of. - In the initial post I said nothing negative about your post. - Just brining to attention that it may or may not be too close for comfort. - I am done arguing over this because it was a little thing taken way too out of control.

    I decided to pick design #30 because I felt it was the most professional, fun and it stands out in the crowd. Plus it gave me a hint towards how to redesign my site. Thanks to everyone for your participation.
