    Hi ejanek,

    I like several things about your design
    1) having a different homepage but one that echoes the main branding and navigation
    2) on #18, I like how you have clearly grouped the related content. The organization seems better than the other entries
    3) I like the use of a coherent color scheme, with some accents outside that scheme

    Some ideas for improvement:
    3) we don't the green color: how about a dark blue?
    4) we think the icons look too much like microsoft icons. also, the top level branding and navigation should not have icons because that will require too much maintenance as we expand our site. The "fix" icon is closer to what we are looking for, and perhaps you could also make an "improve" icon.
