Thank you all for the great ideas. I am liking the glass look on #22. Only one more day left, so hopefully we can finish this contest off with some more great products.

    Cordially,
    Tom

Like #8 with the addition of #7 included. Maybe even some of the smaller buildings and houses on the side as in #2.

A clean look is another direction we have been going for. The power of the site is on the backend, as in a Google. We also do not need to impress anyone with the newest and coolest beer mug. So either something really special and unique with some detail, or something clean with a nice font, color scheme, and presentation.

#6 . Fonts are representing block areas. Very clever idea. There could be a lot little elements added to/with this, to make it better. Meaning many details could be added. Or each letter could have it's own detail, (one or two letters a building, two-6 houses, etc... In a sense a map from above. Each element could be a different part. It would be cooler if there were some green for trees and some black streets with yellow lines down the middle. Maybe a park in the middle of one of the places. Bird's eye view might be cool as well. So the font is 3-D buildings coming up through the trees, neighborhood, etc....

The target audience is for beer snobs obviously and drinkers who like good beer and trying new places, but the maps/bars are focused on the cities. Everyone knows what their local bar has to offer, but they do not know where to find new micro-brews that maybe served in a city, as their are many neighborhoods and lots of bars with lots of different products. The city/neighborhood "neighbeerhood" is a big part of branding, so the logo needs to incorporate that.

    Sean,
The boatleash site will be leashtech.com within the the week targeted at RV's and utility trucks, etc.... The dog logo was pushed to side, as a group (the company) did not like the design as much. I may still use it for leash tech down the road, but they were more interested in showing product at this time using the old crappy design. Oh well. Still have the look for later use.
