Looking good, the footer needs some more work, something graphical down there please.
If you do any flash, I'd love to see some on it. Would also like to see it in a fluid width, if that is possible.
Lastly, if you can add more graphics or animations we'd like it a lot more. Maybe put some of the character in the header. Maybe change the background up a bit so its more graphical, maybe a scene from the game.

K, tomorrow (monday) I'll do some moe changes... I'd also like to know if coding is 100% needed. Flash ain't a problem but I ain't really into coding.

And I'd like to make you an offer - Design only for $400. (only .psd format without coding) But if you really NEED coding - that's fine too.
If you have a logo or something close ot it would give it a more "defined" look...
If needed the complete upper header (including the horizontal menu) could be flashed. But I'd like an opinion on the "designy look" and the "animation" should be optional.
PS: I could give the footer a more "stable" look... as it's currently a "lite" version...
I like your design the best so far, the sides of the body of the design need something added to it to make it more defined and the footer too.
I'd definitely like to see the header in flash with some animation, like each of the races fading in and out so people can get a look at them, or something similar.
We could always pay a bit extra, and are willing to, to get it just right.

I should be be able to create almost any graphical wish in flash and in the overall design. I'll put as much time as it will take to finish it 100% ^^ So for some simple fade/move and menu animation I would not charge you... only if you want some more tricky stuff going on.
So if you'd like to continue with my work we should do so communicating in skype/icq.
