    @ Wizard mayur design #30 please refer to http://99designs.com/contests/7192/entries/468193.jpg similarities??? come on this is a place for a tad of originality at least. What happens if I wanna use that one for somethin else and now youve gone and claimed it. I know its hard and it aint particularly original but come on...

    escalator73: I am running into the same problem with a few other designers here stealing my logos. I have a solution that worked well. I own the copyright. If the CH selects the logo for which I have the copyright, I contact the CH and warn him about a potential copyright infringement and to not use the logo or buy the copyright from me. Otherwise, pursue legal action which will cost a lot more than the $300 it would have cost to buy my copyright.

    Yes there is similarities, but i haven't seen your design while designing this logo. I have inspired version of my first entry(#26).

    I have removed my entry(#30), you should have contacted me via PM & i would have removed it right away, I have no intentions to copy any body's work, so chill no bad feeling's :)

    Hi Nelz, I didn't want the logo to look like a drawn chartoon character include a garden gnome / figure (eg: Smirfs) :)
