I maybe reaching, but could you try and see what it would look like to switch the direction of the arrows to 180 degrees and have it point to the corner. It maybe a death blow listening to me, but lets take a chance.

Ok.. It seems that logo is a bit thinner than the old one (the wavy funky one) so i've decided to create a bolder.. much clearer arrow like wave...
Here it is.. Again its for you to decide...

I've retained the style of the watermark in the letterheads but incorporated the arrow like logo...

Maybe this will help. I'm cheating by looking ahead to your letterhead design. I love the watermark effect that you've used. The only thing is I don't like the way it looks with the arrow design element looks as a watermark. It looks a little distracting. Take a look at what might work better as a watermark or develop a new direction with the watermark as the key.
I don't know if that will help us get it over the line. But man are we so close.
