I've refined my idea and simplified the font and I think it looks pretty solid. The clock/transmit symbol works well as a stand alone and overall the new logo looks corporate but not stuffy. I believe with some creative branding the logo and symbol will be memorable and effective in launching your new company. Will be happy to make any colour or other changes. Dave@BrainBox

Dave,
I know exactly what you mean. We've struggled to develop a concept internally, I wanted to have something more concrete in our brief. In a lot of way I'm sure glad we didn't. The 99 design community has been awesome to work with. With designers like yourself coming up with concepts that we would never had come up with.
#212 is closer to what we are looking for. The graphic is more subtle and doesn't dominate. Work on the typography.It's still a little to round and curly. harder edges and cleaner lines.

Trying to distill all the ideas behind your company into a conceptual logo is quite a challenge! Here I've just kept the transmission waves on the dot of the eye but I've added the white lines which represent the hands on a clock. Thanks for your patience! Dave@BrainBox

These are a little too busy. my attention and focus is moving all over the place. I really appreciate your persistence.
I think part of the direction that we are looking for are, cleaner lines. these are soft edges with very round fonts and shapes. I think that looses the contemporary feel. the color also feels a little flat.
