The first design, using the element that we discussed. I think it works well on both a white background and on the blue that your using for the banner. I've introduced or rather kept the orange as its blue complimentary colour on any colour spectrum, so sits well for the look and on the eyes. I've kept the fonts clean and sharp to balance the roundness of the icon.

With this one I've kept the icon, but changed the direction slightly of the swirls, and bringing in the ONE inside of it, so that the O almost becomes the centre of the icon. Again kept the colours the same.

With this one I changed the position of the icon and placed it above the name. That said, since its an icon it can be placed or used wherever within a brand identity. Colour wise this time I've used shades of the blue and white. I've also introduced the numerical one into the swirl icon

With this one I kept the 1 within the swirls but elimated the outer one and kept just two. The 1 actually joining the inner swirl. Also re-introducing the orange as I think they work really well together. Again I think this one works well across all options of colour, B&W and on a colour background. Hope you like some of them.
