We want to give a "refresh to our logo". (link to current logo is in contest "description"). We definitely want to (1) keep a cross on the logo, (2) keep "newhope" as one word, (3) use lowercase letters, (4) have "hope" be in a bold font. We're open to colors, but we want something that works well both over white or over a background color. You can try both with "church" as a second word, but it doesn't have to be there.

After the logo redesign, we'll be starting a web site redesign contest (so stay tuned). The current web site is: http://www.newhopenc.org/ One idea would be to try including a creek or river in the logo, as the "New Hope River" is a nearby attraction.
