Hi squarelogo,
These look great, I really like them.
There's not much I would change, although I'd like to see a different version with colors that are a bit more fun and playful, perhaps I was too restrictive in the requirements. I'd still like blue, green, black, and gray to be the colors that stand out the most, particularly blue and green.
I'd also like to see a version where the logo pops out a bit more, kind of a web 2.0 feel, but not too glossy.

Awesome, the only thing I'd change now is the gray border on the white background to a black border and the gray border on the black background to a darker gray border.
Other than that it's perfect and doesn't need any other changes.

Revised concept...
Awesome, another quality submission.
Only thing I would suggest is to do another version with the colors flipped, green for offbeat and blue for earth, just to see what it'd look like.
