I have used a PSD format for this with the font "Impact". Its setup as a shape in Photoshop and hence is able to be resized to whatever you wish within Photoshop.
Please let me know what you like or don't like on it and I'll see if I can improve it.

Combination of both entries, taking the font from the second one and the logo from the first one. Also added more detail to the pants and added "inc" to the text.
Thanks for your submissions. If there's time we'd like to see a revision where the pants are not quite as prominent.
