for the contest New web site design for commercial real estate site
Submitted design #3
Jeff here is my design
I have used Xhtml and Css to build this site no javascript or flash to slow it down also all aspects of color and dimensions are controled by css and html it works in all browers.
I have uploaded a sample of the page for you to look at only two links work which are home and featured properties in the sub menu here is the address
I like it - the "JK" seems to be a bit choppy, but everything else looks good. I would assume it would not be too difficult in the future to add/change/edit menus myself?
very easy with dreamweaver or any html editor that has wyswyg otr if you enough about css and xhtml sure
thank you on the feedback

Thank you for the last feedback
I had this lying around unfinished and thought I'd use it for this project it is a little more advanced in the way of coding in the css dept but I have commented all areas for ease

I'll be using dreamweaver, so that would be great. I really like your second design - more so than the first. I like the fact that it seems to be easily editable to suit my needs in the future. Crisp, professional design with a cool logo; I think this may be the frontrunner right now
Wilzen,
One request for the design - can we alter the main graphic up top to reflect the commercial markets in the south? (i.e. instead of an older, New Yorkish looking building, maybe a new office building?)

forgot the address is updated
I like it. One thing I have been thinking about was the color usage - any thoughts on different colors to use that will make the site look modern and edgy but not look un-professional?
thank you for the feed back will look at that today some time it only in the css to change colors
One more small request: can we put a little bit of padding in between the text in the real estate coverage area and the edge of the blue background?
