The current design (on www.jeffkoon.com) I have is a bit cheesy and I want something more professional. I need a template (with code and images) that I can apply to all of my pages in the site.

- I want to keep the existing links I have on www.jeffkoon.com, but feel free to re-arrange them to look better. I am not picky on color schemes; I just need my current design to be dressed up. Also, I want it to be compatible with both IE and Firefox.
