Submitted design #36
Hi, these are my first submissions. I have given the same design on two different colored shirts so you can see how they would reproduce. I have worked in a screen printing company and understand the ins and outs of the business. Although this is a shirt using only one color, white, it would probably require two screens. They would double hit the white since it is going on a darker color shirt. So if you like the designs and are thinking about a white shirt, this can easily be converted into a one color job. Keep in mind, you will paying more for darker shirts. White and light gray will be the most cost friendly. Also you will be charged screen charges for each color used as far as ink goes. You will also be charged for screen charges if there are images on both front and back of shirt as well as sleeve. If you are printing a large number of shirts they will go onto an automatic press, where the setup is the most costly thing. If you have any other production questions please feel free to contact me even if you do not use my designs. I would love to help in any way I can. I can get you in contact with my previous employer here in the States, however you will be looking at shipping charges. Thanks and good luck to you.
