I will work on the cut of O, the contest has ended, anyway.
I don't understand the request for the background. Do you want some background for the logo? Or for the layout -

n 2 seems still the better..keep the green square and adjust the cut of the O with it. Can you please work a little bit on the background giving some bg elements? after this i can choose your design as "winner"

about all the proposals we received yours is the best for the moment. we ask you to work a little bit on the logo keeping the same lettering and do something more "complex" on the green box. Can you make it?
