If you like my design, I provide the opportunity to code the site via HTML and CSS.
    Best regards, Seppo

If you happen to like my design (#15), I am very capable of coding/putting your website up on the web for a fair, additional cost.
I would create your site using valid XHTML code and CSS...in simpler terms, I would implement the best way to code your website. There are a number of reasons why this way is the best.
If you should have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me.
    Thanks!

@Fred, yes, for the prize on offer, that would cover the mockup only.
You would then need to engage the services of a coder to markup the design, so you have a working web page.
    --------------
If you need a coder, you can always find one via the SitePoint "looking for Hire' forum, or if the winning designer is a coder as well, (many are not), you could negotiate a fee for them to code up the mockup as well.

    Hope this helps :-)

    Hello Nadia P,

All I want is one page. Do I just receive the mockup and then do I have to tell someone to go create this. I am sorry I am a little confused by your statements.

Sounds like you actually want a design of a page and also have it coded, so you can edit it in Dreamweaver? Is that correct?

According to the prize guidelines, the prize on offer is only enough to cover the design of one page: http://99designs.com/help/prizes
    --
Currently, 99designs does not have a 'coding' category, it's for design only. However, many designers here do also code (others do not).

You would need to re-adjust the prize on offer if you after design and coding, then adjust your brief so that the designers know *exactly* what you expect from this contest, otherwise you may get designers entering this contest who may not be able to code the design for you.
