We're looking for a hip Web 2.0 design. All colours are welcome, be creative!

This logo will also be used in print so must be available as a vector graphic or high res layered Photoshop image.

    Well my best description is www.digg.com, except that instead of posting the latest things happening on the web, we want people to post the latest products they got, or services they've tried. And then other users will rate the reviews.

    Heh, you must know that web 2.0 is not recognized yet, the term is in use for about 3 years and specificly about web 2.0 design is that every designer have freedom of creativity with using reflections, shadows, "web 2.0" colors, there are no rules for that type of design, the matter is only about is that design trendy or not....all is strictly in Designers mind and knowing execution :) in oher side Simplicitiy is sometimes used in designers work and sometimes not.
    I have my own style,

    I have to ask, Lugosi, and no offense, but what are you talking about and what is your point? Who doesn't recognize web 2.0? You see it everywhere, t.v, advertising wrapped buses, in stores, etc. People may not know the term for what they see, but that doesn't necessarily mean that they don't recognize the web 2.0 style. Some of these web 2.0 styles are incredibly different from the "traditional" style logos and anything that is different is recognized...because it's different. So, I have to beg to differ with you on web 2.0 not being recognized, yet...it already is.

    But back to the contest...will see about coming up with a design for this contest.

    Uh, :) my english is not so good, with "recognized" I mean "recognized" by institutions, school books...hope understand.

    It was a REALLY tough decision but in the end we had to go with entries from LucyMango and Cyberbrain for 1st and 2nd place respectively. Thank you everyone for participating, you all had some really good ideas. In the near future we will probably hold another contest for a web page design so keep an eye out for that.
