I've tried to keep it Web 2.0, keeping in mind the professional side of things.
I was thinking that the photo used inside the ring of your logo could also be randomly shuffled through various different images when the site is functioning.
I should also probably point out that I'll be able to code the design for you using valid XHTML & CSS. I'm also able to implement the design in a content management system, using PHP.

#12: This is avery creative and original design. I love how you've incorporated our logo into the graphic design! The only problem with it is that there is a lot of wasted space in the upper right hand corner. Let's move that whole graphic up and fill that space. When you move the graphic, don't curve the menu bar down, it seems a little distracting. It's creative, just draws the eye a little too much.
A general comment is that this is a GREAT SERVICES PAGE but maybe not necessarily a home page. Does that make sense? I'd like to have an area for news, an intro and a teaser are for our services to LINK to this page. The design is great though. I truly like it, but need a homepage design.
I think the coumln on the right where you have links could be a news area on a homepage as well. I'd like to see two possible news/upadate stories in addition to the links. Also, let's try a shade of blue for the headings of the news stories with grey text!
The search and client login buttons are perfect as they are. I really like how unobtrusive they are and how simple and clean this design is. I think we need to see some polish on the site, but we'll work on that.
