Great start, Enlight, on #1. Simplistic, but with a good bit of professionalism. I have to say the font doesn't excite me very much, but it might appeal to others in my company. Certainly can't eliminate this off the bat because it has some aspects that appeal to us. If you do get a chance to try alternative fonts, I wouldn't be sad at all.

a few fonts with serifs, let me know what kind of feeling your trying to convey with the text and I'll put some more examples together. Should the text also be aimed towards men or women, or neutral? Also, what do you think of the color? thanks for the quick feedback!

Hey, I put together an entire color scheme for the brand, using pinks and blues as well as a combination of the two. These combinations could be used throughout the site in various applications (towards men, women, or both). Also changed the layout of the logo/text. Let me know what you think!
