Brief Summary

We are looking for a website design that is creative and fun, yet not overwhelming. We want a site that looks organized and easy to read. This design should appeal to college students and young adults in their 20s.

    Great. You don't have to follow the designs up top exactly...but look at the elements included in the designs (ie login, registration boxes, search fields, student event boxes, the area for the introduction to the site, the links etc.)

    Thanks for the feedback. I am aware about the coding part, but my business partner (he is essentially the one who will be working on the website) asked to post the contest with coding. I am also aware about the prize, but this is what I can afford right now.

    Many designers here do not know how to code. I'm sure you would have gotten many more entries if that wasn't required :)

    The submission by strip access is similar to what I am looking for. It includes almost all of the elements that I am looking for but with two suggestions. To include three search fields all together ...advanced/keyword search, college search box, and city search box. I also asked if there is any way possible to include a mock up of google adsense ads which we want to include room for them on the layout.
