Nice improvement with the full justified slogan! The color choices for #12 are my favorite for this design as it leaves the "Able" in, for lack of a better term, disability blue.

In #5, I instantly recognized the shapes as hands, so excellent work there. It definitely conveys compassion and gives the logo a bit of a United Way feel. My only real criticism here is that the wheel comes across more as a circle with an asterisk in the middle since the spokes aren't connected to the rim. For some reason, the abstract representation of the hands works incredibly well, but the abstracted wheel does not. Thanks for the submission!
