Bit of explaining to do, If you wondering why its so small.
I was just saving the file when my graphics program crashed, and now for some reason I can only preview the thumnail size of it before i open it but when i actually open it up it just crashes.
If you like what you see (even though it's tiny)
I'll do my best at re-making it.
Thanks

No problem with the small logo, I can see it OK. #37 suggests Africa to me, which would be OK but the majority of my work is shot in Asia and India so it might give potential clients the wrong idea.
#36 is nice and simple and I like the idea of having an additional element in the type but I don't think this is the best way to include it. The line cuts across the other letters, which I think makes it look disjointed. Also, the letters don't seem to be spaced very harmoniously. The 'G' and 'A' look slightly removed from the other letters.
I'd like #34 more if it said what I do and although I like the shapes of the curves, they don't seem to serve a purpose in conveying the crucial aspects - that I'm a photographer, working in the travel market.
#32 is a good idea but perhaps more suitable for a book shop or author.
I like the idea of #29, #30 & #31 best of your designs but I suspect that the type will prove to be difficult to figure out in that font. Perhaps there's a way of making the design look more like a photograph or a scene viewed through a viewfinder?
Thanks for the detailed feedback
I'll do the best I can

I like these two new designs Neon. I've rated them and will come back with more feedback later. Thanks for taking the time to put these up.
Thanks.
No problem.
Hi Neon, I've taken out #31 but have some ideas for the others, both of which I like.
With #53, would it be possible to remove the tagline and perhaps also the swirl at the bottom? The globe-shaped 'O' doesn't have quite the same spacing as the other letters because of the frame around it so maybe you could remove the frame and in the same position and size that a real 'O' would have in the word "GOUGH".
With #54, is it possible to remove the green circle and the highlight at bottom left to see what those three shapes look like in their own? I know that will probably throw it out of balance but if you're able to do that I'd like to see the result.
Hi, if you're looking for some more feedback, I think the colours in #54 are fine, the blues and greens fit the design. With regard to #53, perhaps you could pick out an earthy red, brown or orange colour from a photo on my web site at www.gavingough.com? Other than that, just in line with my previous comment really. Many thanks.

Hi, these are all strong contenders but I've had to bite the bullet and eliminate some or else I'll never be able to pick a winner. I've kept in your design that I feel is the strongest and after I've eliminated some more I'll come back with some more thoughts. Many thanks.
I'm posting this same message to all remaining entrants: I just want to double-check that you will be able to supply the logo design in scalable, vector format, and against both light and dark backgrounds. Please confirm what formats you will supply.
Also, will you be happy to continue tweaking your design after the contest ends if yours is the winning entry? Please PM me to confirm that this is OK too.
Many thanks.
