Brief Summary

Looking for a rocking logo/Icon design for my Android application.

Undroid is a graphical installer that allows you to manage downloading, installation, and removal of applications on an Android mobile phone.

A little bit about the target audience. iPhone owners, early adopters, techies, business people; these are the people with Blackberry, Palm, Windows mobile devices. Android phones similarly are going to be robust always connected devices. At the same time Undroid will have to be approachable and have mass appeal because more and more people are moving to smart devices as they become more affordable and robust.
Hopefully this gives some of you a better picture of what I'm looking for because it doesn't seem one word bullet points does a very good job of conveying a message. ;-)

  4. The stars scoring seem to be getting mixed up sometimes. I'm trying to sort them out, but if they seem a little off it probably has something to do with the site being up and down and a bit buggy today.

  6. #24 makes an interesting visual, the bottom row (white) clearly look like U's, but the black ones almost look like power buttons because of how your eyes focus on them. Pretty nice side effect. ;-)

  9. I'm really digging the robot toons so keep them coming, but I don't want people to feel wedged into creating an android-like character. Undroid, as mentioned above really doesn't mean anything. So feel free to be creative! Un-droid could be interpreted as non robot like so I would love to see some logos with living creatures or body parts. Like a human brAins or some silly furry.

  10. Wow #58 reminds me of my kids show teletubbies. If you place any child that knows them and you will see them say it is a teletubby. I will have a design up shortly.
