I prefer the lettering in #25, not too sure about the half moon design, it feels a little eastern to me. I do like the way it's incorporated into the C. Thanks for the work

In this logo I tried to incorporate the banjo in the lettering and I think it came out great. Let me know what you think and I can definitely work more on any of the designs I submitted to create the logo you feel most identified with.

I edited the head of the banjo. The logo is in vectorial, so can be applied to anything. Also is looks great white on black, since it is monochromatic and there is no problem printing it on CD's, DVD's etc.

I really like the idea, however, I feel the head of the banjo looks a little like a fiddle rather than a banjo

I incorporated the banjo in very stylized way to make the logo look elegant and moder. The type font in this version of the logo is a serif, which gives the logo a more traditional feel. I thought it might not harm to have that traditional hint in the logo, since you are working with irish traditional folk music.
I also tried to put some colors in in other versions, but found in the end that the black and white versions worked best.
