Here's my first draft. I have one more idea that I'll submit later tonight. Let me know what you like/want me to change. :)
There some nice elements here. The menu bar needs to be more subtle, the drop shadows are too heavy. Try to maintain the stripes across the whole content area. The logo can be a little smaller. Thanks for entering
