Proposal
Very clever use of the head and tail ! The green is way too dark and the font is all wrong. Re-read the brief. NO capitals.. Look at the fonts by ozzypaddy and qssdesigns and you will be on to something. Great first try though !
Could you please try again using the head and tail and a lighter green?

The white square with the logo in would be excellent on its own without the green border. Superb logo my friend.

just a little tweak
What format are you using for these designs my friend?
adobe illustrator. Vector program so they can be scaled to large size without becoming fuzzy or pixelated. what format would you need them in?
