The logo needs to be conceptual, please don't concentrate on the enforcement aspect of it (no badges, crests, coats of arms) Take the original logo:

    A couple of things before anything else
    UNDARE has an image of the kindly old officer that throws the ball back at the kids while patrolling the park. Although none of its officers are particularly old.

    This company works at a very upscale neighborhood with an astonishingly low crime rate. So maybe the logos could go a more upscale direction.

    They don't actually use security or gated community security company, so please leave off any lettering besides the UNDARE name itself.

    Finally I only put up the original logo as an example of the color scheme and general tone. If you feel like departing from it entirely feel free to go right ahead and do that.

    So constructive criticism.
    #1 #6 #7 Are all too reminiscent of the original logo. We're trying to get away from that.

    #2 is great. If you could work on softening up the typography it would probably work a lot better for our purposes.
    #3 I like very much, besides the phallic implications pointed out by jhwit22 above. Maybe position the tower somewhere else *gulp*
    #4 feels very college football, there's nothing particularly wrong with it, it just feel a bit young for this sort of company
    #5 looks good but the typography seems a bit dated. Maybe another font would work better.
    #8 is great, if you could remove the security (the company's in Puerto Rico so it would be seguridad if anything) and just leave UNDARE all by it self.
    #10 #11 and #12 I think the lettering works all by itself without the vector art decorations. Maybe you could try your own version of a simple tower and gate.
