Your #33 entry is still among our 'overall' favourites! It's a great logo.
If we can say what the only thing is we don't like (sorry!) is that the font you've used in 'Les Bourbons' has this annoyingly separation between the R and B. Can you do something about that?
And if you can put a separator between 'restaurant' and 'salon de thé', and make the 'd' of 'de' a small one instead of a capital, I'm sure this logo will be amongst the three logo's we will be chosing from!
The star does remind us of Texas and Heineken. And although that's a good thing, it's not quite what we're looking for.

Slight Difference in seperation of 'restaurant' and 'salon de thé'.
Thanks again for the adjustments. If you can just change the bottom line to 'Restaurant & Salon de Thé' without any other separation, I think you just might call yourself a winner.
